Do not use this company if you want peace of mind! I reserved Curtis' services for my wedding night transport from reception to honeymoon suite. The driver did arrive on time, but told us she had been instructed to leave in half an hour, with or without us (the bride and groom) because they had another client waiting at the airport! I had paid for 2 hours from the time of arrival! We actually spoke to Curtis Walker to try to resolve it and he hung up on us. The driver was apologetic and said that she had to do what she was told. We had to catch a ride with our wedding coordinator to our hotel. And then he still charged my credit card!

he did the same thing to us! the owner curtis called and canceled on us 30 minutes AFTER he was supposed to pick us up!!! he left 15 girls stranded. curtis limosines are very unprofessional and unreliable!

Very dissatisfied. I booked the Limo a month in advance for my parents 40th Wedding anniversary diner. We rented the limo so we could all ride together as a family and have a few moments alone with my amazing parents. We had planned on a few fun things for the limo ride for them. A trip down memory lane so to say. I received a call a half hour before the limo is suppose to pick us up saying that the limo has a flat and they were stuck on exit 250 at the HEB, but there shouldn't be a problem, they will still be on time. I called them back 10 min before they were suppose to be there and the driver said that they didn't have the proper tools to fix the flat with him and he will call me back in 10 min. 10 more min went by and I call him back to find out what was happening and he said that he was still at the HEB. I tell him that we have 6:30 reservations and there is a big party waiting for my parents. Is there a back up limo? They couldn't help us. Personally I think they were blowing smoke up our asses. There is NO HEB at exit 250 where the driver was claiming to be. I asked for the owners # and I called him. He NEVER apologized or offered anything to keep him in good standing. I think they were offered something better and they blew us off to accomidate someone else. Therefore, my parents anniversary party was less then the perfect night that my sister and I had planned for it to be for our wonderful parents. I WILL NEVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN. THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY, THEY ARE NOT ORGANIZED, THEY ARE NOT PREPARED, THEY DO NOT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS. It is a proven fact that when customers are satisfied and receive good service they tell on an average of 3-5 people. When they are disappointed with poor service, they tell on an average of 20. Word of mouth is the most common and trusted form of advertising. In this case, I hope MILLIONS and MILLIONS read this review and STEER CLEAR of CURTIS WALKER LIMOUSINES.
