First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit in Austin, Texas
If it has been 3 years since you or someone you know has purchased a home you/they may qualify for the $8,000 Tax Credit.
· Tax Credit for First time home buyers
· Tax Credit does not have to be repaid
· Tax Credit is equal to 10% of home purchase price of maximum of $8,000.
· Tax Credit is available to buyers who purchase home on or after January 01, 2009 and before December 1, 2009.
