Case Manager

Foundation for the Homeless seeks a full time temporary case manager with the possibilities of position becoming permanent. Case manager will work with homeless families participating in a transitional shelter program. The successful candidate should have a degree in Social Work or related field and at least one year work experience. A potential case manager must be able to work well individually and be a team player. Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus.
