• After making the switch from a temp to perm. employee, I took on many of the operational tasks as well as being the lead for both the Hiring/ Licensing and the Technology for the Austin branch. While still maintaining all the work I was doing as a temp (see below), I became the right hand for the operations manager and maintained the office operations in his absence. I was responsible for identifying goals, prioritizing and completing detail oriented tasks to meet deadlines. This involved overseeing the staff, payroll, all property management’s situations and maintaining relationships with all vendors as well as the distribution of their funds. I also lead the amin. support team for the office including answering/programming multi-lined phones, sorting/ distributing mail, making copies, booking travel, maintaining the office equipment such as the fax and copier Hiring and Licensing required very detail oriented processes with specific deadlines and lead our new hires through a several month process.

• Through a staffing agency I currently worked at Axa-Advisors with the operations manager to help perform all the daily operational and technological situations that occur. I maintain the offices frequent technology updates and set up incoming new hardware. I handle the accounting for two office funds, as well as organize and distribute all office bills. I walk new recruits through the hiring process as well as handle all the paperwork and licensing. I maintain and service the office machines and supplies. I work with our branch manager on most of the daily situations that arise to maintain an orderly office environment.
