Oversee the conduct of insurance education seminars in 15-20 states to assure that these programs meet the needs of participants and the standards of The National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research.
Responsibilities include
• Travel at least 6-8 a year to coordinate specific events and/or seminars.
• Review accounting for areas of responsibility.
• Banquet Event Order and working with hotel event planning
• Coordinate faculty and staff for programs
• Manage program materials for events
Necessary skills include
• Experience in working with Hotel Event Planning and Banquet Event Orders
• Strong Organizational and planning skills with the ability to handle numerous details
• Effective organization and time management skills with the ability to work independently
• Professional appearance
• Typing, proofing as well as basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel.
• Ability to pay close attention to details.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to work extra hours when needed.
• Strong leadership skills
• Willingness to work with others to achieve mutual goals.
• Great attitude
• Ability to develop and maintain successful working relationships with participants, faculty, licensees, co-workers, and management
