Something New: Breakfast of Champions with Regina Rogoff



Please join us at the People’s Community Clinic on Thursday, July 26th from 7:30-8:45 am for our first morning speaker event with People’s Community Clinic’s CEO, Regina Rogoff. Ms. Rogoff will share insights gathered from her experiences as a nonprofit leader of over thirty years. Ms. Rogoff describes three essential elements of nonprofit leadership: Risk, Reputation and Relationships.



To make it worth getting up early for, we’ll have breakfast tacos from Mi Madres for $1 each. We’ll also offer an optional tour of the clinic after the talk.



To ensure we have enough tacos for attendees, you must RSVP by Wednesday, July 25th by noon to Rachel Christ at rachel.christ@alumni.utexas.net.

afterward. Program will begin at 7:45 am)

North). Please park on the street; take the elevator to the second floor.

COST: Please bring cash for breakfast tacos



Biography of Regina Rogoff, J.D.

Regina Rogoff, J.D., is the Executive Director of People’s Community Clinic, a not-for-profit primary care clinic providing affordable health care for uninsured central Texans.



Prior to joining PCC, Regina was Executive Director of Legal Aid of Central Texas for twenty years and a Legal Aid staff attorney for ten years. She began her career as a VISTA lawyer.



Regina has held numerous leadership positions in Austin ’s Human Services, Legal and Jewish communities. She serves on the Board of Capital I.D.E.A. and is a co-chair of Austin Interfaith. She is the immediate past-president of the Austin Area Human Services Association and secretary of the Indigent Care Collaboration.



The Austin Bar Association (formerly the Travis County Bar Association) created the Regina Rogoff Award in her honor to be given annually to an attorney in Travis County who demonstrates outstanding service in the public/non-profit sector. Under her leadership, the People’s Community Clinic was awarded the 2005 Ethics in Business Award by the Samaritan Center . Regina has a B.A. degree from the University of Michigan/Ann Arbor and a J.D. degree from the University of Texas at Austin School of Law.
