Administrative Assistant with Perfect MS Skills

A qualified candidate will function as a full time administrative assistant for the program currently being implemented at this location. This person will work with many MS software applications and be expected to create/develop/design but not limited to Powerpoints presentations, moderate to complex excel spread sheets, Visual flow charts, access data bases, and intranet web pages. Strong organizational skill, ability to multi-task, and work with a dynamic team are a must.
Qualifications Additional Requirements for position -
Ability to develop intranet site and maintain
Organizational knowledge to determine how to handle incoming requests and assignments
Ability develop and maintain MS related software projects (ie: Access, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, etc) Strong Access and Excel experience needed.
Support a dynamic implementation team defining and developing procedures and processes.
Ability to concept, develop, and maintain technical information into documented communication
Multitasking
May coordinate travel arrangements
2 year degree or equivalent
