I am seeking an apartment or Duplex in the central to South Austin area, hopefully west of I-35, with a minimum of 600sqft. I am willing to lease a home as well, and would be a responsible tenant. I will need full-size washer/dryer connections and your rental must be dog-friendly. I have excellent credit and good rental history, as well as a good job with a reputable bank. I am not interested in subletting or having a roommate or taking over a lease. It is my hope that this will be quiet community with respectful neighbors.
