What I am looking for... first and foremost a nice house in north Austin. One roommate ideally, but I will consider two of around the same age as me. I am a 30 year old female. I would like to share a home with someone cool and easy to live with, who doesn't necessarily "need" a roommate, but would like someone to hang out with, go out with, cook with, just have fun with. I like to go out and am very outgoing. I do not do drugs, I don't drink very much. I like to dance and socialize. I have one small dog who needs a backyard to play in. And one cat. I would prefer a two story situation with my own living area and bedroom and bathroom, basically my own floor if possible. But I am flexible.
