South of 2222, North of Ben White, West of the Airport, and East of, well, I'm willing to go West of Mopac, but not too far

cat friendly - for one small indoor, declawed cat

w/d hookups or at least a laundry facility close by



And the toughest part...



All this for no more than $600/mo.



I do have excellent rental history, am very quiet (as stated above it's just me and the cat) and clean, enjoy doing home improvements/landscaping (things that could improve the value of a space) and I'm just a nice person :)
