Inside Sales Rep Needed to make Outbound Calls and Lead Generation
Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
Monday-Friday, 8-5
Pays $13.50/hr
In this position, the candidate will be responsible for supporting the outbound lead generation call activity for a designated group of the company's business partners.
Primary Duties:
This person will report to the inside sales manager and is responsible for the following primary duties:
- Demonstrates general knowledge of high tech equipment
- Attend all required training and continues to pursue additional methods of enhancement for sales skills
- Uses superior customer oriented telephone etiquette to get information, greet callers, establish rapport, projects professional tone, and handle customer concerns
- Perform necessary customer service duties to satisfy clients
- Gather and validate key contacts at each business
- Document Business Partner's Public Sector campaign plans
- Consult on Public Sector Edge (PSE) Business Partner enablement offerings and incentives
- Drive/assist in campaign execution via Campaign Designer
- Warm tranfers if required
- Maintain call queue status, key contacts list, campaign plan notes and incentive qualifiers
- Provide weekly checkpoint reports
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of required technology which could include notebooks, networking or PC hardware/software
- Experience in the channel development or marketing communications
- Professional, ambitious, determined results oriented mind set
- Proficiency in the use of email and navigation within the internet
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft office
- High level of interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills
- Personal drive, energy, enthusiasm, humility and "can do" attitude
- Is team oriented and works in a collaborative manner to achieve team goals
