We are an estate planning law firm that comprises five attorneys and five assistants. We are seeking an additional attorney with a minimum of two years of private practice experience in any area of law, including at least one year in Austin. Our new attorney must have a sharp eye for detail and a great desire to learn estate and Medicaid planning and administration. Great, timely work for our clients helps us build lasting client relationships. The practice includes designing and preparing estate plans, advising trustees and executors in estate administrations, and Medicaid planning and application. This is a full-time permanent position.

Minimum Requirements: Admitted to practice in Texas, two years of private practice in any area of law with at least one year of practice in Austin, good interpersonal skills, and a great interest in learning about estate planning, estate administration, and Medicaid planning. Non-smokers only please.



The person filling this position must spend considerable study time outside regular office hours to learn about and keep abreast of estate planning tools.
