need small house or duplex

I am looking to rent a small house or duplex. I can afford 750.00 a month I will have my mom living with me and she is disabled so we need to be on the first floor. My second challenge is I have a large dog a staffordshire terrier.He is a wonderful dog he is 8.5yrs old. I have to move becouse my apts. have been baught and the new owners have breed restrictions. I will happily do a pet interview and can provide refrences for my dog. I can not bare the thought of life without my dog, so I am hopeful that some one in austin will have a place for us..
