for some reason i didn't see my previous post show up, so i'm trying again with a revamped one!



i'm 23, 5'11, average build (160-180 lbs? i weigh myself like once a year) and i'm pretty awesome. i'm looking for a girl who is awesome too! i'm looking for someone with some shared interests so we have something to talk about without getting completely bored. i'm a nerd first, a punk rocker second. i love the simpsons and ren & stimpy, and i like quoting them now and then. also, "i plan on dropping the lame analogies and quoting my favorite bands" - if you know what song that's from then you may already be a winner! i spend a lot of my time learning weird stuff on wikipedia or looking at lolcats, playing sega genesis, and eating ice cream. i use a mac from 2004, but i'm more of an old school mac nerd, i guess. i like to listen to records and tapes more than i like cds and mp3s, and i love shopping for vinyl. i like to spell correctly and use proper grammar, but i hate capitalization! urrrgh! i also like using bad words (swear, cuss, dirty, whatever you wanna call em - i use em!) and i prefer speaking my mind, rather than paying lip service. i like watching anime from time to time, but i'm not an anime nerd at all - i don't keep up with what's hot or new and crap. i generally hang out by myself and am quiet when alone in public, but get me around good friends and i'll become the life of the party, f'rillz! i like using semi-out of date hip hop slang despite the fact i listen to very little of it, but i love all kinds of damn music! frank zappa and iggy pop are gods to me. i like to organize things but i'm pretty messy and cluttered despite that. if i start tickling you and/or picking you up and running around with you in my arms, it probably means i like you. i don't like being coy or a tease - i'm honest and up front and it'd be pretty cool if you are too, the only games i play are on my cdx (if you know what that is, extra points! 1up!)

i'll be here in japan for two more weeks and back in austin the first week of september, so why don't we get acquainted first? i'm on aim/msn/yahoo/jabber quite a bit and answer emails pretty quick - so get in touch!
